How to get the bow in Phantom Blade Zero: three steps from the rooftop to the repair

Spotted a package overhead that you cannot reach? Note its location and return once you have the bow.

The bow acquisition guide describes a trip between the outpost and the archers’ camp: speak to the rooftop character, progress far enough to obtain the broken bow, then return to have it repaired.bow acquisition guide ↗

Item and location names below are guide terminology or descriptive translations, with Chinese names for comparison. They are not independently verified English UI labels.

1. Find the man on the outpost roof

At the outpost (驿站), look for the older man on the roof. Speak to him to begin the old archer’s quest, identified in the Chinese guide as 清理门户. This is the starting point given by the source; finish the conversation before moving on.

2. Get the broken bow at the archers’ camp

Continue to the hostile archers’ camp (恶弓手营地). The source describes clearing the archers, entering the house and speaking to the character inside to begin the stage associated with the broken-string bow (断弦的羽弓).

A supplementary route description also points to a wounded archer in the upper house. Both sources support the broad sequence: obtain the broken bow at the camp, then return for repairs. Do not read that as a guarantee that an enemy drops the finished bow.supplementary route description ↗

3. Return to the outpost for the repair

Take the broken bow back to the man on the roof. According to the guide, he repairs it and gives you 羽弓, called the Feather Bow by the English-language sources and classified among the special weapons known as 影之武装.

You can then return to overhead collectibles. Open the map, check the targets that require a bow and plan your route back. Get the tool first, then collect the items, rather than repeatedly searching the same terrain without it.
